New & Modern Facility
We built Greenspace Storage from the ground up in 2021 — not a converted warehouse, not a repurposed shed. Every part of the design was deliberate, from the extra-wide corridors to the drive-up ground floor units, with Geelong families and businesses in mind.

We use electronic gate access with a full movement record, 24/7 CCTV across all entrances, corridors, and common areas — and over 200 individually alarmed storage units. That last part matters: your unit has its own alarm, separate from the gate and the fence, so any interference triggers a response specific to your storage space.

Drive Up Access
Ground floor units open directly from the driveway, so you can pull up and unload straight from your car or van. Upper floor units are accessible by lift, and free trolleys are available on-site. It’s designed to make moving in and out as straightforward as possible.

How can I book a storage unit? >
You can reserve online in minutes using our booking platform — just select a size, pick a start date, and you’re set. If you’d prefer to talk it through first, call us on 03 6163 1053 (Monday to Saturday, 9:30am – 4:30pm) and we can walk you through the options.
What storage unit sizes do you offer? >
We have a range of sizes to suit most situations — from 1.5m x 1.5m units (ideal for a few boxes or smaller items) through to larger units that can fit the contents of a full home. Our 3m x 3m units are currently 20% off. If you’re not sure what size you need, our space calculator takes about two minutes to use, or give us a call and we can help you work it out.
How far is the facility from Geelong CBD? >
We’re located at 14 Success Court, Corio — about 20 minutes north of central Geelong. Most of our customers come from across the greater Geelong region, including Lara, North Geelong, Norlane, Bell Post Hill, and Geelong itself. With access available seven days a week from 7am to 10pm (including public holidays), most people find the drive straightforward and easy to fit around their schedule.
What security does the facility have? >
Quite a lot, and it’s all built into the design rather than added on. Every one of our 200+ units has its own individual alarm — so if someone approaches your specific unit, it triggers immediately, not just at the perimeter. We also have 24/7 CCTV monitoring, electronic gate access (all movements recorded), full perimeter fencing, and modern lighting throughout. The facility was purpose-built in 2021 with security as a first priority, not an afterthought.
Is Greenspace Storage eco-friendly? >
It was designed that way from the start. When we built the facility in 2021, we incorporated solar power generation and water runoff recycling into the design. These aren’t add-ons — they’re part of how the building operates day to day.
Can I access my unit on weekends and public holidays? >
Yes. Site access runs from 7am to 10pm, seven days a week, including public holidays. Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30am – 4:30pm — so if you need to reach the team directly, that’s the window to call or visit.
